I used this to sand down a steel handrail for repainting. The narrow belt worked great around the twisted vertical rails and on the small reveals on the horizontal rails. I had two batteries from another Milwaukee tool, so I was able to keep working continuously. It does require several belts to get a large job done, I went through about 8 coarse belts in about 3 hours of sanding. The adjustable belt angle allows easy access to tight spots and the belt changes are simple. Highly recommended.
