Would not work to get my car startedThe Infinity Light Jump Starter Car Battery Charger is a nice jump system for your car/battery backup.The battery pack itself has a battery percentage charged readout, DC output port, mode button, two 5V/2.1A USB 2.0 ports, and an on off switch on its front. There is also the charge input. It has a flashlight on the side and next to that the connector for the jump cables. There is a power cord for the battery and there is also a standard cigarette lighter/power adaptor so you can charge the battery as you drive your car. The kit comes with a convenient carry case--it's a little bit of a tight fit, but it all goes in there. The case can be stowed in your trunk or glove compartment.The battery pack is 1000 amp/12 V and 18000 mAh. This should be enough power to boost most phones and even laptops. There are two USB 2.0 ports on the battery and it comes with a universal USB cable connector that has four ends: Apple Lightning, USB C, Micro USB, and Mini USB. Note, however, that there may be voltage limitations for USB connectivity--the battery has enough juice to fast charge your phone, but the USB output here will not support that. There is also a short cable with output jack that has interchangeable prongs for a variety of laptops and devices that hook up with usual DC connectors. This runs at higher amperage and voltage.The jump clamps can connect to their own side ports next to the flashlight. The clamps are relatively small compared to standard jump clamps, but open wide enough to affix to your battery terminal. To jumps start your car, you simply connect the clamp cord to your battery pack, turn on the battery pack, place the clamps on the positive and negative poles of your battery and start your car. Thankfully, I have not had an opportunity to have to use this, but I did affix the clamps to my battery to make sure that they fit.Everything seems in order. The main issue with any battery pack is that you are going to have to periodically check to make sure that it is charged--I'd suggest charging to 100% and checking the charge once per month thereafter. Additionally, I would still recommend carrying a standard set of jumper cables in your trunk, just in case you are in a bind and the battery pack is not adequately charged.I don't see myself using this to charge personal devices or as a flashlight, but it certainly could be used in those capacities. I intend to use it as a failsafe if I somehow rundown my car battery. All in all, this is a well thought out and well put together package. Recommended.I was surprised this small charger battery was going to jump the car. But it did. Comes with a lot of things, a multi purpose device for sure. But mostly a charger and jump starter. Nice carrying case, a load of accessories, but mostly great to have such a small and easy to stash charger that can jump start a car. It does lose its charge fast when doing a jump and I would recommend recharging it regularly even if not used, I notice these small chargers tend to lose charges fast, maybe due to how they are built to give that jolt for a jump start. 18000mAh is enough for a few phones. Overall a nice kit for electronic mobile needs. Nice but small flashlight. Nice outputs for charging, enough for just enough.It works pretty good I love the fact that it’s in a carry case but I wish it held its chargeThe first thing I noticed was that the box was a lot bigger than I expected it to be. It was filled with a ton of extra stuff that I did not expect. And in my case I don’t really want. This tries to be everything to everybody. It’s a jump starter, it’s a flashlight, it’s a power bank, it’s a laptop charger. And all those cords and bits and cables take up space. So the case is really big. I already have a large jump starter I wanted something that I could discreetly snug away without taking up a lot of space.Luckily I don’t have to use the other stuff so I’m going to take the two terminals in the battery and put them in a much smaller case and use it how I like. Otherwise I am very happy with it. The most important thing is that it actually delivers the amount of power it was rated. I’m at 17000+ mA hours and counting. It’s still going. ( in the photo the display has already rolled over once so it’s 17,368 and not 7,368. That’s with a 5 volt draw. When you charge it’s going to be 12 V so you’re looking at 7500 milliamp hours and that should be enough for several jobs. Because it’s lithium ion you should be able to go months before having to top off the charge.Note: ( final real world capacity is 20,000 mAh!) That’s 8340 mAh @ 12VSo given the size and the convenience and the fact that it delivers on the promise power, I’m definitely pleased. It’s not the most stylish looking thing and it’s actually lighter than I expected. I honestly didn’t think it was going to have as much power as a dead. It also has a digital charge readout so you know exactly how much you have left ( I am not a fan of the four and five light dots method) and a convenient flashlight if you’re trying to jump in the dark.It's actual size is a lot smaller than I expected, which was great. This is a fantastic tool to keep on your trunk. It holds a charge for weeks at a time. I charge mine every two weeks, to make sure It'll be useful when I need it.
